The rapid growth of Bank XYZ's workforce to ensure the smooth operations of their business processes create challenges in giving proper training and preparation for its new employees. The bank needs a tool that can help new employees' training, for example, tellers, to study the modules that they will operate daily. The development of this e-learning application in the form of Pro Teller simulated module had several objectives. It will help new bank employees to be familiar with Pro Teller module, to produce learning instant outcome report, and to provide facilities for branch managers to monitor the learning outcomes more easily. This application was develop as similar as possible to the actual Pro Teller module. The functionality of the simulation module was tested by the blackbox testing method. The results showed that this application was successfully developed to the user requirements. It is expected that this application can improve learning speed of the Pro Teller module and the ease for branch managers in getting learning outcome reports.
