To company, having business strategy is not enough to deal with the competition at the moment. Business strategy which is always implemented in the document or blue print of Business Plan be completed with Information System / Information Technology (IS/IT) strategy. The objective is clear for using the information optimally as especial component of corporate information system (the system which are components for using data processing and delivery of information result to organizational function) so that can give competitive advantage to the company. Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta, which is doing peripatetic in health services area, at the moment having many business challenge. To deal with these business challenge RSHJ need several resources, one of these are Information Technology. Competitive advantage and ability to deal with competiotion can be obtained if RSHJ can exploit ability of its Information Technology consistently and align with organizational objectives. One of the way of enableness of information technology is by conducting a strategic planning for information system and information technology. For the reason, the IS/IT strategic planning of RSHJ is compiled by using John Ward and Joe Peppard methodologies approach (Ward and Peppard, 2002). The result of IS/IT Strategic Planning Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta devided to become three that is IS/IT Management Strategy, Business Information System Strategy and Information Technology Strategy. In this project, writer suggest that IT organization structure need tobe developed according to strategic requirement and restructuring of Department SIM require to be done because it seem there is dualism of responsibility between Manager SIM and Assistant Manager EDP. Besides, writer also introduce Islamic Service Management System (ISMS), that is information system which managing Islamic services management which is for patient and also for internal Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta employees. This application expected to bring competitive advantage to Rumah Sakit Haji Jakarta.
