Web service is recognized as a core technology in CALS/EC, but it hasn't yet been widely used in the business field. The following issues exist as the cause. (1) There is no enough explanation about the function and the input-output data of web service, so we can easily neither understand nor execute web service. (2) We cannot use the web service whose an input data type is a complex type. In this paper, we solve issues by proposing a standardized web service and a dynamic innocation system that is independent of an input data type. At first, we explain the solution method of the issue (2), and the web service dynamic invacation system that is independent of an input-output data type using this method. Using this system, we can execute dynamically web services that have a complex input data type. This system is expanded the utilization of web service on both sides of provider and user.
