Utilization of social technologies by organizations indicated rising adoption rates from year within higher education institutions. The reason why the social technologies which are very 2008 up to now. The continuously increasing use of this application tend to more popular group regardless of their education background in the social system. At the same time, the popular, due to it has been come to the user for free of charge and generally usable bre very increasing number of students uses a variety of social technologies in the university, it seems to be continuing to provide service and support for teaching and learning activities. Social technology's utilization may help its organization to promote practiced if it is done in correct way; adding value, helping to solve problems, educating and etc. Another case may arise risks, which can have negative effect on organization's actions. The most negative aspect of social technologies is lack of information control. Besides, because of the popularity application used by all user, the local traffic of internet its organization become busier, which in turn to decrease performance of internet access in whole organization. This paper proposes the conceptual model of social technology implementation adapted and derived from past literature model of social technology framework for teaching and learning such as Mazman and Usluel 2010. This framework consist of five constructs: communication, collaboration, sharing resources through interchange of documents and multimedia resources, the usefulness in the educational process and the frequency of access.
