As a new study program at the national university environment, informatics engineering courses in year two after its founding has 350 students. for private higher education institutions that compete with other universities, quality becomes a key in the implementation of education, one that must be considered is the quality of teaching and learning process by the faculty in these institutions. with the number of students increased, the management of student satisfaction evaluation and quality of faculty teaching increasingly difficult for the measure. through a web-based applications, evaluation of faculty performance in teaching can be monitored in the middle class and the semester end quickly and thoroughly so that it can be determined lecturers who are given the opportunity to teach assignment back and that needs to be handled specially before teaching again next in semester.
