Companies always try to give best services for their customers. The same time, they have to generate profits. One of money important services is the appropriate delivery scheduling. In this research, we try to make system that can fenerate delivery schedules using Compact Genetic Algorithm (cGA). This system is developed to process PT. Indosipa Beton ordering data based on the amount of projects, the amount of trucks, and the time used to deliver by each project until it producess a delivery schedule and the amount of trucks that is used for each project. This system can generate a ready-mix delivery schedule, based on the amount of projects and the amount of trucks, which are available pn a specific day. Through this application, the ready mix delivery of PT. Indosipa Beton will be scheduled with a minimum delay. Keywords: Compact Genetic Algorithm (cGA), Delivery Scheduling, Ready-Mix
