This paper discusses the development of web chat and it's application for linguistic labels base group decision making it supports multiplatform implementation but browser dependent. It can be operated on various operating system, such as linux, windows. Windows decision making mechanism uses indepedence and pairwise prefence evaluation. Independence evaluation using fuzzy Delphi method and pairwise preference evaluation using linguistic label. In linguistic labels. decision maker give his/her preference in linguistic labels form and processes in triangular fuzzy Number (TFN) computation.
