With the investigating authority start to evaluate effects of anti-dumping in our country, people find that evaluating remedy effects is not a piece of cake. because of the complexity of the problem, there is no rational method at present. to solve the problem, a model called BACME is constructed in this paper. as well, through using this model, we find a feasible method to evaluate remedy effects, and use this method in one real case.
