The porpose of this research is to automatically analysis the "who" question for tacking the expert's knowledge. There are two main problems involved in the "who" question alanysis. The first problem is to identify the question type which relies on the cue ambiguity and the syntatic and semantic ambiguity.The second one is to identify the question focus which based on syntactic and semantic ambiguity. We propose mining features for the question identification, and the usage of focus identification. Furthermore, this "who" question analysis shows the 80% precision and the 78% recall
