The setting of a periodic time to turn on red and green of traffic lights is infulenced by some factors, one of the main factors which is used to set the trafic lights, is number of vehicles at tntersection of trafic lights, is number of vehicles at intersection of traffic light road. The aim of the research is to design software that can predict the number of vehicles automatically; and in real time by using CCTV (IP) sensor.
